What to Expect

Initial Consultation
Fill out our contact form, and we’ll follow up with a phone call. We’ll schedule a meeting and onsite visit to discuss your vision. Then, we will provide a quote to design your home.

Design Phase
Our in-house design team collaborates with you to create a bespoke home design. Once the drawings are finalized, we can budget for construction. If you don’t like our cost of construction, you are free to take your design to another builder.
3.
Construction
With permits secured, we commence construction. We offer semi-monthly walkthroughs and involve you in key decisions to ensure the result is exactly what you envisioned (many clients like to choose their own finishes!).
4.
Occupancy & Post-Construction Support
Upon completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough to address any deficiencies. We provide detailed documentation and a three-month post-construction check-up to ensure your complete satisfaction.
